Legendary Quartet (Japanese Edition)

Let me introduce myself to you all. My name is D, and I am an ordinary 11th-grade student, with a rather gentle personality. I am not entirely honest, but I am kind. I have two best friends named L and H, and we are all very close. It has been around 7 years since we became inseparable.

Among the three of us, I am probably the least skilled. I study hard, and I am the only FA in our group, as the other two already have someone who loves them. This means that I am the one who has to perform the best in our group.

One beautiful Sunday, my two dear friends invited me to go camping in the mountains near the city. We met up at 8 am and set out. After a 2-hour drive, we parked the car and began climbing the mountain to set up camp. After our camping and meal, L encouraged me to climb to the top of the mountain to enjoy the view. It took about an hour to reach the summit, and the sight was truly magnificent and expansive.

Immersed in the breathtaking scenery, H suddenly said, "It's getting dark, we should head back soon." L replied, "Take your time, no need to rush." As we started descending the mountain, we came across a cave. He simply said, "Let's head back home for now." (Little did we know that the moment we stepped into that cave, our lives would take a drastic turn, as fate had called us there.)

Upon entering the cave, we felt a chill run down our spines. It was still dark inside. H said, "Let's go back, you guys. How are we going to find our way in this darkness?"

But I wondered, "What am I afraid of, being here?" We ventured deeper into the cave, but the darkness prevented us from going any further. As we were about to leave, heavy rain and thunderstorms started. I suggested, "Let's wait until the rain stops before heading back."

We had to take shelter in the cave, and as we sat there, we accidentally touched a strange object. Suddenly, 12 diamond-shaped stones, each emitting a different color of light, appeared before us, shining brightly.

L exclaimed, "What kind of sexy pig is causing this?" H said, "Leave it alone, let's just get the stones and try to understand them."

I was about to say something when a loud thunderclap happened right in front of us. When we regained consciousness, we found ourselves back in the cave, and everything appeared the same as when we first entered (it all happened in the blink of an eye, so we couldn't comprehend what had just occurred).

"What's going on?" L asked. "Did we just dream? Can you still see those shining stones?"

H said, "If we take those stones, we could become millionaires."

I replied, "We're all high on papaya leaves, let's just get out of this cave before it gets too dark."

We made our way down the mountain and back home. During the journey, I kept pondering whether the glittering stones were real or just a dream.
